Mrs. Hinds was a cook in the Hamilton County School System, and she was a member of the Delashmitt Baptist Church in Hixson. She had resided in Hixson for the past 41 years.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene Hinds of Hixson; sons, Larry Hinds of Soddy-Daisy, TN, and Stanley Hinds of Knoxville; four grandchildren; sisters, Mary Garrett of Hanging Limb, TN, Betty Evans of Augusta, GA, Judy Stedam of the Rinnie community; and Sibbie Barnes of Rockwood, TN; and brothers, Clayton Allred, Lonnie Allred, Jim Allred and Tom Allred, all of Clarkrange, and Gradus Allred and Ervin Allred, both of the Rinnie community.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Allred.
Pallbearers were Joel Green, Daley Beaty, Todd Hinds, Mike Carraher, Kenny Allred, David Allred and Ed Wennerstrom.
He was born Feb. 1, 1954 in Putnam County, TN, the son of Bob and Lou Ella Manis.
Mr. Manis was a construction worker, employed by J.E. Crain Company.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Manis of Crossville; sons, Anthony Manis, and Eric Manis, both of Crossville; parents, Bob and Lou Ella Manis of Crossville; brother, Terry Manis of Crossville; sisters, Kathy Hilton of Memphis, and Bobbie Parker of Crossville.
Pallbearers were Dan Hilton, Lee Hilton, Steve Lewis, Mike Lewis, Pugh Lewis and Terry Manis.
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
She was born Jan. 15, 1926 in East Chicago, IL, the daughter of William and Edna Herbert Artibey.
Mrs. Todd was a janitor, and she attended St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.
Survivors include her sons, Donald Todd of Sierra Vista, AZ, Ivan Todd of Hammond, IN, Jeffery Todd of Stafford, VA, and William Todd of Griffith, IN; daughters, Raydene Gifford of Jasper, AL, Michelle Harris and Norene Reynolds, both of Crossville, and Suzette Lomellin and Rebecca Manzo, both of Hammond, and Kathlene Senyress of Highland, IN; brothers, Jack Artibey, Joseph Artibey, and Michael Artibey; sisters, Mary Terease Duncanson, Madonna Gannon, and Edna Meyer, all of Indiana, and Margarett of Alabama; 26 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Todd; brothers, David Artibey, Bill Artibey and Victor Artibey; and sister, Doris Jean.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
