He was born Nov. 17, 1947, in Cumberland County, the son of Horace and Emily Elizabeth Killion Russell. Mr. Russell was in building construction, and served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Russell of Crossville; daughter, April Lynn Russell of Crossville; brothers, David Russell of Algood, TN, Meade Russell of Mousey, KY, and Jim Russell of Sparta; and sisters, Wanada Rotert of Dayton, OH, Evelene Thaxton of Nancy, KY, Donna Brandenburg of Muncie, IN, and Doshie West of Milian, MI.

Mr. Pelfrey was retired from the military, serving in the Army Special Forces. He was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Pelfrey of Crossville; mother, Lucy Pelfrey of Crossville; nine grandchildren; brothers, Everett Pelfrey of Ozone, Esker Pelfrey of Yuma, AZ, Lester Pelfrey of Crossville, and Dennis Pelfrey of Crab Orchard; sisters, Wilma Brown and Selma Davis, both of Crossville; and several nieces and nephews.

The Presentation of the Flag and 21-gun salute at the cemetery were done by the Honor Guard of B Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Special Forces from Fort Campbell, Clarksville, TN. The Honor Guard also served as pallbearers.

Mrs. Steelmon was an aide in Hazel Park, MI, and a member of the Church of God in Hazel Park, MI.
Survivors include her son, James M. Steelmon of Mayville, MI; grandsons, Jeffrey and Gary Steelmon of Ferndale, MI; and sister, Louvina Campbell of Fairborne, OH.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ervin Steelmon.

Mr. Williams was retired. He was a graduate of Laurel High School and Drexel University, and worked in the garment industry. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Crossville, and a post-district governor of Kiwanis International.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Allen Williams; sons, Brent Williams of Richmond, VA, Craig Williams of Crossville; Todd Williams of Tampa, FL, and Gene Williams Jr. of Woodstock, GA; brother, Bill Williams of Cadiz, KY; and five grandchildren.
Services in Crossville were conducted by Dr. James H. Beasley.
