Katherine Bell Wallick DeRossett, 100, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 22, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 29 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial in Haley's Grove Cemetery in Crab Orchard. Don Widener officiated.
Mrs. DeRossett was born Dec. 14, 1904 in White Bluff, TN, the daughter of Charlie and Sarah Durham Wallick.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Crab Orchard Church of God.
Survivors include her nieces, Delores Miller of Crab Orchard, Elizabeth Hodge and Juanita Bohannon; and nephew, Art Allison.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George DeRossett; sister, Edna Allison; and brothers, Bob, Cecil and Fred Wallick.
Pallbearers were Gary Hodge, Danny Bilyeu, Chris McCoy, Dale Barrie, Matthew Hayes and Joe Hawn.

Robert L. Doney

Robert L. Doney, 57, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 29, 2004. Private funeral services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
Mr. Doney was born Dec. 25, 1947 in Sanford, FL, the son of the late Thomas William and Ruby Virginia Collins Doney.
He was a truck driver and a veteran of the U.S. Marines.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy McCartt Doney; stepchildren, Owen Russel, Linda Walker, Kay Smith, Judy Sablich and Janice Shrewsberry, all of Crossville; brothers, Allen, Dwayne and Chris Doney, all of Bell Glade, FL; and sisters, Donna Jean Doney, Sandra Prevatt and Pamela Morris, all of Bell Glade, FL.

Lee S. Ralph
Nov. 8, 1923 - Dec. 29, 2004

Lee Spalding Ralph, 81, of Fairfield Glade, passed away Dec. 29, 2004. Services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Ralph was born Nov. 8, 1923 in Evanston, IL, the son of Lee and Kathryn Odaniel Ralph.
He was in industrial sales and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, was a graduate of the University of Ohio and a member of the Elks Club.
Survivors include his wife, Leathian Barna Ralph of Fairfield Glade; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Denise Ralph of Winfield, IL; daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and James Hillyard of Muskegon, MI; and grandchildren, Lauren and Danielle Ralph and Jayson and Ian Hillyard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lynn Kathryn Pokosa, and one sister.

Frances L. B. Thomas
Feb. 10, 1908 - Dec. 28, 2004

Frances Louise Byrd Thomas, 96, formerly of Crossville, passed away Dec. 28, 2004 in Knoxville. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 31, at First United Methodist Church, 100 Braun St., Crossville, with the Rev. Carleton Thackston officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. EST Friday, Dec. 31, at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Knoxville.
Mrs. Thomas was born Feb. 10, 1908 in Sweetwater, TN, the daughter of the late Charles J. and Jennie Willson Byrd.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Crossville.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary E. Burton of Crossville and Charlotte T. Huddleston of Knoxville; five grandchildren and their spouses, Susan and Charles Harding of Frederick, MD, Charles and Stephanie Burton of Memphis, Gregory and Janet Huddleston of Nashville, Kirk and Kimberly Huddleston of Atlanta, GA and Jean and Kyle Brant of Indianapolis, IN; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McClung Thomas; sister, Mary; and sons-in-law, Donald E. Burton and Roy Huddleston.

Othel Mae Balabas, 90, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 23, 2004. Graveside services were conducted Dec. 27 at Green Acres Memory Gardens, with Dr. Bud Fray officiating.
Mrs. Balabas was born Jan. 21, 1914 in Putnam County, the daughter of Philander F. and Mary Ellen Allen Hawkins.
She was retired from the real estate business and was a member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, James Eddie Harris of Crossville; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Balabas; brothers, Dallas Hawkins, Allen Hawkins, Tillman Hawkins, William Hawkins and Herman Hawkins; and sisters, Ingie Maynard, Lassie Warren and Prilla Taylor.

Jack H. Goodwin
Aug. 9, 1928 - Dec. 24, 2004

The Rev. Jack Herbert Goodwin, 76, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 24, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 26 at Alexander Funeral Home of Gallatin, TN, with interment in Sumner Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Doug Turner, the Rev. Tony L. Wilson and the Rev. Charles Anderson officiated.
The Rev. Goodwin was born Aug. 9, 1928, in Davidson County, the son of Grover Goodwin and Grace Cole Goodwin.
Ordained to the gospel ministry on Aug. 27, 1950, he pastored churches in both Kentucky and Tennessee, including Buffalo Trails Baptist Church of Morristown, Brooksville Baptist Church of Brooksville, KY, Van Buren Baptist Church in Louisville, KY, and Eastland Heights Baptist Church in Springfield, TN. He retired after 27 years at Indian Hills Baptist Church in Gallatin, TN and was current pastor of Haley's Grove Baptist Church of Crab Orchard. He graduated in 1954 from Carson Newman College and in 1963 from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Survivors include his wife, Tina F. Goodwin; children, Michael Goodwin of Nashville, Jacqueline (Wendell) Jones of Mt. Juliet, Jan (Tim) Wassell of Mt. Juliet, Mark Goodwin of Nashville, Jan Seagraves of Mt. Juliet, Kay (Eric) Hinson of Crossville, Evie (Ernest) Fentress of Westmoreland and Scott (Angela) Ferrell of Lebanon; siblings, Evelyn Grace McElfresh of Ford City, PA, Bernice Bottoms of Nashville, Georgia Faircloth of Nashville and Edward Goodwin of Nashville; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Ernest Hedgecoth, 76, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 24, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 28 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial in the Hedgecoth Cemetery. Glen Davenport officiated, with special music by the Davenport Family.
Mr. Hedgecoth was born April 28, 1928 in Crossville, the son of John and Annie Hedgecoth.
He was employed by the railroad and was also a carpenter before retiring.
Survivors include his children, James Ronald Hedgecoth of Colorado Springs, CO, Norma Jean Hedgecoth of Crossville, Sharrin Norris and her husband, Roger, of Crossville and David Hedgecoth and his wife, Jeanny, of Crossville; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brothers, Stanley Hedgecoth, Douglas Hedgecoth and John Junior Hedgecoth; and sisters, Alma Griffin, Cora Hall and Irene Hedgecoth.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Dohn Hedgecoth; and sister, Barbara Hedgecoth.

Willard E. Houston

Willard Eugene Houston, 68, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 22, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 24 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial in Big Lick Cemetery. Phil Jenkins officiated, with singing by the Edmonds Family.
Mr. Houston was born Jan. 7, 1936 in Cumberland County, the son of Lester Hassler and Nancy Inez Houston.
He worked for the State Highway Department.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Maxine Hayes Houston; daughters, Connie Lawson and Lois Powell; grandchildren, Chris Lawson, Junior Lawson and Brittany Lawson; four great-grandchildren; brother, Don Houston; and sister, Marie Brown, all of Crossville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, William Houston and Charles Evans.

John L. Kemmer Sr.
April 5, 1905 - Dec. 20, 2004

John Litton Kemmer Sr., 99, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 20, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 23 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in Grassy Cove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Gary Robbins and the Rev. Fay Tucker officiated.
Mr. Kemmer was born April 5, 1905 in Cumberland County, the son of Robert E. Kemmer Sr. and Eva Parham Kemmer.
He was a farmer and a member of the Grassy Cove United Methodist Church. He married Mary Lou Bristow in December 1933.
Survivors include his daughters, Ruth Robbins, Norma Patterson and Pauline Buchanan, all of Crossville; sons, Lawrence Kemmer of Rockwood and Robert C. Kemmer of Crossville; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert E. Kemmer Jr. of Crossville; and sisters, Avalee Hixson of Crossville and Cleo Coston of Knoxville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Bristow Kemmer; son, Litton Kemmer Jr.; grandson, Greg Robbins; brothers, Clyde and Oscar Kemmer; and sisters, Mary Porter, Lizzie Dannels and Jennie Kemmer.
Pallbearers were his grandsons, David King, Roy Kemmer and Gary Robbins; and great-grandsons, Adam Miller, Allen Kemmer and D.L. King.

Annie Jane Williams, 94, passed away Dec. 26, 2004. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, from the chapel of Southerland Funeral Home, with burial in Mt. Zion Methodist Cemetery near Bonifay, FL. Associate Pastor Ron Gallager will officiate.
Mrs. Williams was born in Barbour County, AL, but lived in Florida most of her life, residing in Bay County for 55 years before moving in 1996 to Fairfield Glade.
She was a member of Fairfield Glade First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley L. Harris of Columbus, GA, Sue and Eddie Kemp of Saraland, AL, Peggy and Francis Bolin of Panama City, FL and Joann and Ed Hedbawny of Fairfield Glade; sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Michel Williams of Durham, NC and Keith and Karen Williams of Pensacola, FL; 21 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; plus many nieces and nephews.

Freddie Thomas "Tommy" Rector, 64, of Grandview, passed away Dec. 20, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 22 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home, with burial in Johnson Stand Cemetery in Grandview. The Rev. Steven Taylor officiated.
Mr. Rector was born May 8, 1940 in Rhea County, the son of Roy Thomas and Mae Miller Rector.
He was self-employed in the Mountain Stone business. He loved his grandchildren dearly and enjoyed hunting and the outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Cellie Rector; sons, Freddie Rector Jr., Michael Rector and Lowell Rector, all of Grandview; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Steve Tallent of Spring City; grandchildren, Jon Rector, Brandon, Josh, Ethan, Nathan and Kelley Rector and Wesley Tallent; great-grandchildren, Mason and Autumn Rector; and special cousins, J.W. and Sandy Newby.

Mrs. Allred was born Sept. 27, 1914, in Overton County, the daughter of John and Lena Ferrel Sevier.
She was a housewife and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Harold Lavon and Peggy Allred of Crossville; granddaughters, Melissa Stack, DeAnn Stone and Tracey Baldwin; six great-grandchildren; and brother, Ordon Sevier of Crossville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland D. Allred; and brother, G.G. Sevier.

William Nelson Calvert III

William Nelson Calvert III, 60, of Fairfield Glade, passed away Dec. 15, 2004. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 19 at Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church. Dr. Phillip Malone will officiate. Family will receive friends after the service at a reception held at Druid Hills Country Club in Fairfield Glade.
Mr. Calvert was a former executive with South Central Bell and AT&T, managing offices in Newport, Oak Ridge and Knoxville. Later he was with Contel Telephone Co. in London, KY. He was also in the real estate business in Knoxville and a member of Concord United Methodist Church, also in Knoxville. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Ann Calvert of Fairfield Glade; son, Captain Robert Cato, USMC, and his wife, Sherry; granddaughter, Rowan Elizabeth, all of Washington, DC; brother, Lawrence L. Calvert of Oak Ridge; nephew, Lawrence Calvert Jr. of Arlington, VA; niece, Laura Calvert Hubbard and her husband, Eugene, of Knoxville; and his devoted pugs, Ollie and Otis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William N. Calvert Jr. and Aileen Crenshaw Calvert.

Daniel H. Green

Daniel H. Green, 84, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 14, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 16 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial in Hyder Cemetery. Mike Sledge and Mike Garrett officiated.
Mr. Green was born Jan. 12, 1920 in Crab Orchard, the son of Earl and Ethel Green.
He was a laborer-foreman, worked with Great Dane for 30 years and was in the Army during World War II where he served with the 6th Cavalry.
Survivors include his daughter, Mary Chester of Orlando, FL; son, Harold Green of Orlando, FL; daughter, Pat Green of Newport, TN; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Bill Green of Crossville; sister, Louise Barnett of Orlando, FL; and special friends, Charlie and Toni Gross, Frances Nichols, Faye, Jerry and Jacob Buck, and Hospice of Cumberland County.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Green.
The Veterans Honor Guard served as pallbearers.

James E. Irwin
Jan. 30, 1947 - Dec. 12, 2004

James Edward Irwin passed away Dec. 12, 2004.
He was born Jan. 30, 1947 in South Salem, OH.
He was a Vietnam veteran and upon returning, he was educated with an undergraduate degree in journalism from Ohio State University and an Ex MBA from Ohio University. He was past exalted ruler of BPOE #570 Lancaster, OH and a Rotarian.
He worked for Historic New Gray Cemetery and Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel who graciously took care of the arrangements for the Irwin family. There will be a placket placed in his honor in the Historic New Gray Cemetery for his work and dedication to the historic cemetery.
As a journalist, he had been a speech writer for Senator John Glenn, news director for WNCI radio, produced AAA of Southern Ohio magazine and author of instructional periodicals. He loved to create literary puzzles and play golf.
Survivors include his children, Alexander James Irwin of Lancaster, OH, Amanda Marie Irwin of Junction City, OH and Andrew David Irwin of Bloomington Springs, TN; grandsons, Albert, Christopher and Thomas; sister, Pattiann Wilson; brother, Gary Irwin, both of Berea, KY; brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Diane Irwin of Cincinnati, OH; nieces and nephews.

Edward W. Kerley
March 27, 1939 - Dec. 9, 2004

Edward Wayne Kerley, 65, of Spring City, passed away Dec. 9, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 11 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial in New Era Cemetery where there was presentation of the flag and "Taps." Bro. Jeff Bowers officiated.
Mr. Kerley was born March 27, 1939 in Cumberland County, the son of Toy and Maggie Davis Kerley.
He was an environmentalist for the state of Tennessee and a member of the Church of Christ. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife, June Sherrill Kerley of Spring City; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Heather Kerley of Spring City; grandchildren, Tyler and Savana; mother, Maggie Walker of Crossville; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Christine and John Johnson of Crossville and Alberta and Gene Garrett of Crossville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Toy Kerley; and brother, David Kerley.
Pallbearers were Rick Price, Lloyd Wright, Jim McCord, Darrel Reed, J.C. Hassler and George Bowers.

Wallace Keyes Sr.

Wallace Keyes Sr., 75, of Crossville, passed away Dec. 12, 2004. Funeral services were conducted Dec. 17 from the chapel of Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, with burial in Woody Cemetery. Todd McDonald and Junior Pugh officiated. The Veterans Honor Guard provided full military honors.
Mr. Keyes was born July 27, 1929, in Putnam County, the son of Sanders and Ella Woody Keyes.
He was retired military, having served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam with the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Lieselotte Keyes of Colonial Heights, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Wallace and Karen Keyes of Prince William County, VA; daughter, Evelyn Keyes of Washington, DC; four grandchildren; brothers, Roy Gene Keyes and Oliver Rye Keyes of Michigan; and sisters, Christine Wattenbarger, Thelma Hall and Mae Miller, all of Crossville, and Jewel Mayse of Michigan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his good friend, Mary Elizabeth Irwin.

Ola Mae Neal, 95, of Kingsport, formerly of Crossville, passed away Dec. 4, 2004. Visitation and funeral services were held at Oak Hill Funeral Home in Kingsport, TN. Graveside services were conducted at Morning View Cemetery in Bluff City, TN.
She was born in Sullivan County and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her daughters, Fay Dixon of Crossville and Margaret Salts of Bailyton; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Margaret Neal of Kingsport; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Alice Salts; husband, King Neal; brothers, Millard, Huston, Paul and Fred Salts; granddaughter, Kathy Burke; and grandsons, Mike and Marty Salts.
Pallbearers were J.H., Junior, Donnie, Ronnie, Patricia, Debbie and Donna Dixon, and Casey Burke.
Honorary pallbearers were Teresa and Heather Dixon, and Mary Lou Norris.

Jimmy R. Rushing
Sept. 9, 1938 - Dec. 13, 2004

Jimmy R. Rushing, 66, of the Lake Tansi community, passed away Dec. 13, 2004. Memorial services were conducted Dec. 15 from the chapel of Hood Funeral Home, with Dr. Paul Dixon officiating.
Mr. Rushing was born Sept. 9, 1938 in Milan, TN, the son of Lloyd and Zelma Woodard Rushing.
He was director of purchasing for Nortel Networks and attended Central Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and an avid fisherman and hunter. He also enjoyed playing golf and was one of the most active and supportive fans of the UT Vols.
Survivors include his wife, Cathie (Hensley) Rushing of Lake Tansi; sons, James Richard Rushing of Knoxville and Johnny Ralph Rushing of Milan, TN; daughters, Ceclilia VonMizner of Broken Arrow, OK and Teresa Rushing of Lake Tansi; sisters, Keilene Dycus of Frenchcamp, CA, Linda Appleton of King, NC and Laura Stewart of Milan, TN; and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Bread of Life Rescue Mission or the American Cancer Society.

A memorial Mass will be held at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 28, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 8560 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH. A memorial Mass will be held in Fairfield Glade at a later date. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Geneva, IL.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Fairfield Glade. He had worked as a sales manager in the Chicago, St. Louis and the East Coast areas. He enjoyed golf, traveling and spending time with his family who loved him and his many friends.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Galbos Paulosko; daughters, Karen Keyster of Aurora, IL, Deborah Shulman of Jupiter, FL and Cynthia (Kevin) Rogers of Sugar Grove, IL; grandchildren, Scott Keyster of Sugar Grove, IL, Robyn Keyster of Jupiter, FL, Parker Shulman of Jupiter, FL, Ericka Paige and Joshua Rogers of Sugar Grove, IL; sister, Betty (Gordon) Hodgins of Mentor, OH; niece, Lisa (Richard) Koss of Rochester, NY; and nephew, Michael Hodgins of Painesville, OH.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn (Austin) Paulosko; parents, John and Barbara Paulosko; and infant brother, John Paulosko.

She worked for Chrysler Corporation for 28 years until her retirement on June 30, 1972. She was a member of the Federal Way, WA Baptist Church and active in the Federal Way, WA Senior Center before moving to Port Angeles, WA.

Mrs. Borders was born Oct. 19, 1914 in White Mills, KY, where she married the Rev. James Border on Dec. 12, 1940.
They lived in Louisville, KY, until retirement and spent their last 16 years together in Crossville.

Roger L. Robbennolt

Roger Leroy Robbennolt, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Dec. 4, 2004. Memorial services were conducted Dec. 7 at the Pleasant Hill Community Church, United Church of Christ.
Mr. Robbennolt was born May 29, 1934 in Sauk Centre, MN.
His parents, the late Frank and Mary White Robbennolt, lived in several small towns in Minnesota. He graduated in 1956 from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, with degrees in philosophy and English literature. In 1956, he married Patricia Rothwell. He did graduate study at Columbia University, New York City and at the Graduate School of Theology of Oberlin College in Oberlin, OH.
He was ordained to the Christian ministry in 1963 and served as co-pastor with his wife until their retirement in 1996. They served United Church of Christ congregations in Oberlin, OH, Tampa, FL and Pasadena, CA, and ended their official ministry in Walla Walla, WA.
During his years in Cumberland County, he has reviewed plays for the Cumberland County Playhouse and been an active member of the Cumberland Master Gardeners. He was known as a storyteller, an author and as an active member of Uplands Retirement Village.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Robbennolt; children, Grant (Jennifer) Robbennolt, Nicola Robbennolt and Evelyn (Bill) Robbennolt-Jones; and grandchildren, Phillip and Mark Jones and Jake and Dale Robbennolt.

Sgt. Morgan William Strader, 23, passed away Nov. 12, 2004 in Fallujah, Iraq. Funeral services were conducted Nov. 21 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial at Hebbertsburg Cemetery in Crab Orchard. The Rev. Pete Scarbrough officiated. The Delta Company 4th Combat Engineer Battalion with Escort Major Jenny Parham provided the military honors of presentation of the flag, the firing detail and "Taps" at the cemetery and also served as pallbearers.
Sgt. Strader was born July 18, 1981 in Danville, IN, the son of Gary Strader and Linda Morgan.
Sgt. Strader was in the United States Marine Corps, on active duty in Iraq. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Gary and Janet Strader of Indianapolis, IN; mother and stepfather, Linda Morgan and Timothy Kelley of Dumfries, VA; brother, Matthew Strader of West Palm Beach, FL; half-brother, Brian Strader of Indianapolis, IN; stepbrother, Christopher Agnew of Indianapolis, IN; sisters, Amber Trowbridge and Rachel Strader of Indianapolis, IN and Jessica Strader and Lonnie of Dumfries, VA; grandparents, Onza and Estella Morgan of Crab Orchard; and grandfather, William Strader of DuPont, IN.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Wilma Thompson Strader.

Bettye D. Ellis

Bettye Doris Ellis, 78, of Crossville, passed away Nov. 18, 2004. Memorial services were conducted Nov. 23 from the chapel of Bilbrey Funeral Home, with the Rev. Cecil McFarland officiating.
Mrs. Ellis was born April 9, 1926 in Pleasant Hill, the daughter of Paul Ervin Sr. and Marie Clift Ervin.
She was a homemaker and member of the First Congregational Church.
Survivors include her sons, Robert W. Ellis Jr. of Crossville and Jeffrey D. Ellis of Salisbury, VT; daughters, Karen E. Netherton of Crossville and Amy B. Owen of Sudbury, VT; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother, Charles A. Ervin of Nashville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Ellis Sr.; and brothers, Phil Ervin and Dr. Paul Ervin.

Therese M. Hirsch
Oct. 23, 1925 - Nov. 20, 2004

Therese Marie Hirsch, 79, of Fairfield Glade, passed away Nov. 20, 2004. Memorial Mass was held Nov. 26 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, with Father Patrick Brownell officiating. Burial was in St. Francis of Assisi Columbarium.
Mrs. Hirsch was born Oct. 23, 1925 in Centerline, MI, the daughter of Archie and Barbara Dorr Briggs.
She was a factory worker and of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include her husband, Richard (Rick) Hirsch of Fairfield Glade; sons, Robert Hirsch of Rochester Hills, MI, Terry Hirsch of Farmington Hills, MI, and Michael Hirsch of Atlanta, GA; daughters, Kathleen Coyle of Buffalo, NY, and Nancy Mollencopf of Phoenix, AZ; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenneth, Gilbert and Eugene Briggs.
The family requests that memorials be made to St. Francis of Assisi Pantry.
